Pitango Bakery + Café was launched in 2015 with the same focus on honest ingredients and attention to detail as we devote to Pitango Gelato. We were inspired by classic Italian bakeries and sandwich shops, where taking shortcuts is unheard of and there is no substitute for quality and authenticity. Our mission is quite simple: To share the miracle that happens when great bread meets an incredible cheese or Prosciutto di Parma. Located on the waterfront in Baltimore’s Fells Point neighborhood, next door to the new Sagamore Pendry Hotel.
