    Located at 115 S. Union Street, the new shop is nestled among restaurants and boutiques, just steps away from King Street and the Potomac River waterfront.                                            

    Pitango’s Old Town location serves 20 rotating gelato and sorbet flavors crafted with a traditional Italian Carpigiani freezer.

    In addition to frozen treats, Pitango Gelato & Coffee in Old Town will serve a full menu of premium coffees, along with a variety of croissants, cookies, scones and pastries made in-house daily. Croissants are hand-rolled at Pitango Bakery & CafeĢ, then proofed and baked fresh onsite in Alexandria.
