Pitango has received the honor of becoming a member of the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma Specialist Program. This elite group of Prosciutto specialists are recognized by the Consorzio for their expertise in serving Prosciutto with skill and precision.

To celebrate our membership, Francesco Lupo, a prosciutto specialist and consultant to the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma will be educating Pitango guests about the history and tradition of Prosciutto di Parma.
