Explore how light, color, and shape can communicate ideas through photography. The class will begin by looking at a few examples of interesting product photography, discussing the strengths of various techniques. We will then move into a practical exercise that shows how light and color transform mood and feeling. Lastly, we will explore how the addition of other elements and props can change the look and feel of your photographs. Pitango will provide various menu items to photograph including gelato-making or latte art. The class will close with a regular gelato of your choice, courtesy of Pitango.
